Tosi F.lli is pleased to announce the supply of its RTC (Release Tube Concept) Quick Coupling push-in technology to Knorr-Bremse.

Both the Trailer EBS Module (iTEBS X) and the Chassis Suspension Module (CSM) for conventional and electro-pneumatic air suspension systems, will be equipped with SIRIT RTC technology.

An innovative assembly system will provide all tube connections integrated in the iTEBS X and CSM avoiding the traditional sets of fittings. The solution is the result of an accurate engineering and rigorous tests to bring a relevant advantage in terms of space and weight.

RTC push-in connectors include an environmental O-Ring protection from dust, dirt, salt and other polluting agents, offering the highest performance and safety standards. A state-of-the-art level that guarantees the best possible available push-in solution for Air Brake Systems.

RTC means “Release Tube Concept”: the possibility to extract the tube from the fitting with a dedicated tool that allows flexibility during the assembly process and easy maintenance to connected devices.
